What is Guayusa?

Guayusa has been referred to as the next generation of caffeine. A leaf found in the Amazon, it contains more caffeine and less tannins than coffee and Yerba Matte. Studies have shown that Guayusa doesn’t create the jittery caffeine rush associated with coffee. Guayusa is clean energy made from leaves.

Is CBD Legal?

Hemp was legalized in the 2018 Farm Bill. Our CBD is derived from Hemp plants and contains less than .3% THC as mandated by FDA Regulations.

Does CBD make me “high”?

CBD is non psychoactive and can be used to balance out the psychoactive effects of THC.

Why HiLo?

HiLo refers to the high and lows of the suns cycle. Our suggested consumption of HiLo water is morning afternoon and night.

Shipping & Returns

When will my order be delivered?

orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via regular ground UPS/USPS. Transit time will vary based on your distance from our warehouse. All shipments will be shipped via ground shipping as we are not able to expedite shipping.

how do I track my order?

How can I get free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more to most continental US addresses. We are not able to fulfill orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Mississippi, Puerto Rico or anywhere outside of the US (including APO/FPO addresses).

What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

Please email us at orders@hilo-cannabis.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will ship you replacement product free of charge.

What do I do if I’m not satisfied?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at orders@hilo-cannabis.com within 14 days of receiving your package and we will refund your purchase.
